Our Guarantee

Raptor Resins offers a lifetime warranty against material and workmanship defects of Fibraplex branded tent Poles. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. If a product fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Repairs due to normal wear, accident, improper care or negligence where we are not at fault will be repaired-replaced for a reasonable charge.
